Todd discovered his passion for construction when he began his career as a carpenter 20+ years ago. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University, he went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His aptitude in finance, combined with his field experience, led to his next role as a commercial estimator. When an opportunity arose to become a superintendent, he accepted the challenge, getting back into fieldwork, and eventually becoming a project manager. As Todd gained a holistic view of the construction industry, exposed to all aspects of the business, he realized his purpose: to raise the industry standard of doing business, and prove that great quality can come at a fair price with positive relationships with clients, owners, contractors and laborers. By founding Tober Building Company, Todd and his team guarantee a high standard of quality construction services with efficient planning, direct communication and competitive pricing on each project regardless of its scale or scope.
